Move 1 Bad Guy throws a Left Punch.
-Left Foot Step Outside but stay close
-At the same time block with Left Up Windmill
-Palm his Face with Right Hand
-Pivot on Left Leg, Swing to the Right, all the way around until your back is against his chest
-At the ending point of thisquick pivoting action Strike his Chest with Right Elbow Strike
-Go into a Squatting position against his lower body – starting the backward motion of the Take Down
-At the same time reach down between and behind; grab his Left Leg
-Lift Up and Push Backwards, retain Left leg near Ankle
-Stomp Groin
-Finish as needed.
Move 2 Bad Guy has caught you on the ground after you have slipped.
-Quickly get in to guard position: on your back, legs wrapped around his waist locked behind him
-Keep your hands up for protection, get ahold of each arm
-Start moving backwards or push him backwards by putting feet on his hips
-Once there’s enough room; release Right Hand, pull right knee up to chest, and Kick his Face or Neck.
-Continue to Kick until he is retreating.
-Finish as you see fit.
Other than being promoted to Yellow Belt, that’s it for tonight’s class.
